Who you are writing to
YogNagari Rishikesh is a sole proprietorship. Its proprietor, Sudarshan Tomar, runs the business and answers for it. We sell our own journeys and arrange them through partners we work with directly — your booking, and any problem with it, is ours.
Complaints and grievances
If something has gone wrong, write to Sudarshan Tomar, proprietor, at namastey@yognagaririshikesh.com — or message +91 91190 76359 and say it is a complaint so it is not read as a new enquiry. It goes to the person who runs the business, not to a queue.
Please include your booking name and travel dates. If the complaint is about money, our Refund & Cancellation Policy is what we will apply, and the Terms of Use set out what we are responsible for.
We acknowledge every grievance within 48 hours and tell you what we are doing about it.
