How We Handle Your Information

YogNagari Rishikesh is a sole proprietorship based in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. Its proprietor, Sudarshan Tomar, is the person responsible for the information you share with us and the person you can ask about it. There is no data team between you and him.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this site, we collect your name, email, phone number, travel preferences, and any details you choose to share. We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and design the journey you are asking about.

If you go on to book, we also hold what a booking needs — traveller names, dates, and the confirmation and reference details returned by our payment gateway. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials; those are entered on Razorpay’s own hosted checkout and never reach our servers. See the Terms of Use for how that works.

Who else handles your data

To run this site and reply to you, we rely on a small number of service providers. Vercel hosts the website. Neon stores your enquiry in our database. Resend delivers the confirmation email we send you. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions are not automated. These providers handle your details only to provide these services to us, and for no other purpose. Some of these providers store data on servers outside India.

Who processes it

As of 1 August 2026, your information is handled by:

• Us — in our email inbox and our own database.
• Formspree — the form service that delivers enquiries submitted from the older pages of this site.
• WhatsApp — if you message us on it. Your number and chat history are visible to us there, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies separately.
• Razorpay — our payment gateway, when you pay us. They are the processor of your payment credentials, not us.

We do not pass your information to advertisers, marketing networks, or any party unrelated to planning your journey.

Cookies and tracking

As of 1 August 2026, this site sets no analytics cookies, uses no tracking pixels, and runs no advertising scripts.

Fonts are served from our own domain on the newer pages of this site, including this one — nothing is fetched from Google Fonts. Some of the older pages still load their fonts from fonts.googleapis.com, and on those pages your browser makes a request to Google. Those pages are being replaced one at a time.

If we later add analytics, it will be asked for first and off by default — nothing will load before you agree, and no personally identifying information will be sent to it. This page will be updated and re-dated on the day that happens.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for retargeting ads. We do not add you to mailing lists without consent. We do not share enquiries with operators or partners until you have agreed to a specific itinerary.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to namastey@yognagaririshikesh.com or send us a message on WhatsApp. We will confirm deletion within seven working days.

One limit worth stating plainly: where we are legally required to keep a record — a tax invoice, for example — we keep that record even after deleting the rest.
